Method 1:

  • Go to the edit tab located on the top menu bar and click on it. An edit menu bar appears to choose “Free Transform” from that menu.
  • Please choose any of the layer’s sides or the edges, and drag it to the left or the right in any direction you desire to make intended changes to the size.
  • To increase the size of your layer, move the cursor outside from its centre position. In other words, if you want to decrease the size of your layer, pull the cursor towards the centre.

To maintain the proportions of the layer while resizing, it is recommended to hold the shift key.

To rotate a layer, click on it and drag it in any direction. It will automatically be rotated in the direction you desire.
